3. Account Registration and Management

To use 1nbox AI, users must create an account by providing a valid email address and maintaining secure account credentials. Each user is responsible for all activities that occur under their account and must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or security breaches. Access to original articles may be subject to the respective publishers' terms and conditions, including potential subscription requirements or access restrictions. 6.2 Payment Processing and Security

All payment processing is handled securely through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. 1nbox AI does not store or process credit card information directly; all payment data is handled by Stripe's secure infrastructure. Subscription fees are charged in United States Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes. Monthly charges are processed automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle through the payment method stored in your Stripe account.

6.3 Team Management and Access

Each subscription plan defines a maximum number of team members who can access the service. Team administrators are responsible for managing team composition and ensuring compliance with plan limits. Exceeding the member limit for your plan will require an upgrade to a higher tier before additional members can be added. Team administrators have full control over member access and can assign either admin or member roles to each user, with varying levels of administrative capabilities.

6.4 Subscription Changes and Management

Subscribers may upgrade their plan at any time, with changes taking effect immediately. Downgrade requests will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle to ensure uninterrupted service. When downgrading to a plan with a lower team member limit, administrators must ensure their team size complies with the new plan's limitations before the downgrade takes effect.

6.5 Billing and Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance, and all payments are non-refundable except where required by law. In the event of a failed payment, our system will automatically attempt to process the payment again. If payment attempts continue to fail, we may suspend service access until the payment issue is resolved.

6.6 Cancellation and Service Termination

Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard. Following cancellation, user data and configurations will be retained for a limited period before being permanently deleted from our systems. No refunds will be issued for partial periods of service or unused time in the billing cycle.
